Dear maritime Golfers!

For the 3^rd time the Maritime Golf Tournament has taken place at the Buxtehude Golf Club near Hamburg on June 03^rd 2016. 72 Golfers and “potential Golfers” participated in this yearly event. Excellent weather, food and drinks as well as highly motivated players from the shipping industry made this event again a success.

On whole 14 a Mercedes GLA car was waiting for the player to shoot a Whole In One…Everybody was trying hard, but at the end nobody could take the car home. The bar at whole 14 was busy, but even a Mojito drink made from first class Panamanian Rum did not help to hit the whole with the first shot.

At the end we could see excellent results with 9 players improving their handicap. This year the Winners Cup went to Gavin Mennecke-Jappi with 34 gross points – congratulations!
