Heinz Kuhlmann, Managing Director of MTC, Wayne Möller, Technical Instructor and Philippe Magrit, Manager of Training and Education at CMA CGM welcomed the group at MTC.

From Sept. 29th to 30th, 2014 a group of professors and lecturers from technical colleges from which CMA CGM is recruiting their engineers and electro-technical officers visited MTC for a training on the operation of MAN ME engines. The aim is to teach principles of this electronically controlled engine of MAN already during their basic studies at the college. Advanced courses for engineers and electro-technical officers for the ME engine as well as for the ME-B engine are provided by MTC in Hamburg on a regular basis. Most of the large vessels are delivered today with electronically controlled engines.
