Description

Human factor training in accordance with IMO Reg. A 960 for pilots and moaring masters. This maritime resources management training has been developed by HPS GmbH, a subsidiary of the Hamburg Harbor Pilots in cooperation with the Swedish Club particularly for the requirements of pilots. MRM is a training to improve coordination of skills, knowledge, experience and available resources to achieve the highest standards of safety and efficiency for pilots.

Objectives

To motivate all parties concerned in pilotage activities to change, if necessary, and improve behavior in order to utilize all available and required resources in an optimized way in their daily work. This includes also the understanding of importance of excellent management and teamwork as well as willingness to change behavior.
