Description

The aim of the course is to provide the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical abilities for the implementation and management of the required documentation about marine pollution, in compliance with the requirements of Sections A-11/1 of Chapter II, A-111/1 and A-111/6 of the STCW 78 as amended.

Objectives

The course offers knowledge and abilities for the implementation of the documentation required and for the managing of the pollution prevention plants and arrangements, the environment-related inspections on board and the emergencies.

Entry standards

Marine professionals like officers, engineers incl electrical engineers, ship owners, shipping management staff (aboard the ship or onshore), DPAs and maritime inspectors

Certification

On successful completion the participant will receive a certificate of MTC.
