🥳 As we celebrate 15 years of excellence at MTC, we reflect on a journey of resilience and growth. We started in 2009 during the financial crisis, have been through many ups and downs over the years and today, 15 years later, we are stronger than ever.

👏 This milestone is a tribute to our dedicated team whose tireless efforts have been the cornerstone of our success. Many of our staff have been with us for over a decade, with two members of staff, alongside our Managing Director Heinz Kuhlmann, having been with us from the very beginning.

💡 Through continuous investment in state-of-the-art simulators and world-class instructors, we have consistently delivered simulations and training of the highest standard. Our journey so far has been one of shared effort and shared success, and it is with deep gratitude that we acknowledge the important role played by our partners, HPS Hamburg Port Services and ma-co maritimes competenzcentrum. Their support has been essential to our ability to deliver high quality maritime education. We also thank our customers and particularly the German Pilots for the long and efficient relationship.
