This summer, MTC invested in its technical equipment. New SCHOTTEL levers have been installed on 3 of our bridges. In a cooperation with the towing and offshore company FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group , we have upgraded the bridges to enhance tug – master training at our facility. The new tug Fairplay 96 has been designed to be used as a model for the exercises.
We will continue our investment programme by installing new ABB AX levers and carrying out a major upgrade of three bridges at our Ship Handling Simulator 1, including new visual systems in December.
